I made the center opening for the tissue box cover* with 4-Leaf Clover designs embossed right into the stitching!	Bonus See below for all designs that are included.

*Tissue box size = 4-3/4” (front to back) x 8-7/8” (side to side) x 2-3/4” (tall)
