Last Supper Framed

This is a picture of Annette's stitchout of the Last Supper. She bought the wonderful design from Embroidery Library and bought my split of the design. She has her picture propped up against a chair for this photo.

Annette says, "It was really a challenge! I guess the hardest part for me on the first stitching of a design is when I have to convert the thread colors that I have to match those recommended. ... The detail is wonderful. It is a very dense design with a lot of stitching over stitching for shading. It is a challenge - well worth the time and effort."

Beautiful job! The frame really makes it elegant.

Guardian Angel stitched on Aida Cloth.

Here is Annette's stitchout of the Guardian Angel from Embroidery Library. This design is split into 2 hoopings for her Janome machine. She says, "The Guardian Angel is an easy pattern to stitch and I am planning to make several for members of my family for Christmas this year."

Beautiful job! What a thoughtful gift.
