Here is Glory's spectacular jacket. She used designs from Embroidery Library including a split of the White Buffalo Calf Woman design. This picture does NOT do this any justice!

These are Embroidery Library designs. The bottom design is the White Buffalo Calf Woman and is a split design for the Designer 1 large hoop - 3 hoopings.

Glory say she "embroidered WBCW on doeskin, purchased from Joann's ... about 4 or 5 dollars a yd. Sprayed my totally stable with a temporary spray adhesive that I get from Daines, a thread company.

Your splits are so very easy to do.. practically mistake proof. When I finished the embroidery, I drew a shape that would fit on the jacket back, cut it out, sprayed adhesive on it, positioned it and used the appliqué stitch on the d1...adjusted it a bit bigger.
The yoke designs are also from Emb Library, were customized to fit in the 150 by 240 mm hoop. The same procedure was followed. I did this jacket a long time ago....wear it often, and always when I go for a ride with my dh on his Honda Goldwing...
it still is looking good."

Glory made this for her friend, Linda, for her birthday using the Butterfly Alphabet letters. Here is what Glory says:

It really is beautiful. Hot pink was not my first
choice for a background color, but it was the only tee shirt I had in my stash that was her size. I originally thought of it on yellow....bought one
specifically for the project but I got the wrong size...time was running out. I live 100 miles from anywhere so pink it had to be. I think it would look gorgeous on any color...the designs are so beautiful.
