ORDERING MY SPLIT DESIGNS IS 2 SIMPLE STEPS.

STEP 1 OF 2 - Fill Out & Submit This Confirmation Form. Please fill out only one Splits Confirmation Form for all of the split designs you are ordering.

STEP 2 OF 2 - Pay Me For My Splits of the Designs.

After you click the Submit button above, you will be taken to a new page with links for payment options.

You must fill out this form (above) if you are ordering Embroidery Library split designs from me. This will notify Embroidery Library and me that you have already purchased the designs from them and that you are wanting to get my splits of the designs. IMPORTANT! Be sure to check that I have split the designs for your machine and hoop size!
