Free-standing machine embroidery Tatted Egg Covers 2 ~and~ small Egg Earring designs done in the machine embroidery hoop! Complete instructions included. EASY!

For 4x4 inch (100x100 mm) hoops or larger for Earrings

5x7 inch (130x180 mm) & 6x10 inch (160x260 mm) hoops or larger for Egg Covers.

Completely free-standing egg covers & earrings designs. Done several ways. EASY! I used a regular weight (40 wt.) embroidery thread for all designs shown in this set.
Click for a larger view.	Free-standing tatted egg covers. The large size of the egg covers fit the 6x10 inch (160x260 mm) hoops. The small size fits the 5x7 inch (130x180 mm) hoops. I have each size done with and without crystals. I even include a design for the strings. Complete instructions included.
Click for a larger view.	Here are the different egg earrings. I have them done 4 ways. The crosses, crystals and "Happy Easter" word earrings are all free standing. The earrings with my initials (initials not included) are done with fabric. It is sort of like appliqué for those. The picot edges are free-standing on these too. All have a reinforced and enlarged picot at the top so you can add an earring. Of course you could just stitch them as is and put them on a card. I put 2 in a hooping. I used 40-weight polyester thread for all of these. Complete instructions included.

They stitch up quickly too. I used 40-weight polyester thread on this one. Complete instructions included. I got my satin-covered eggs from here. This is the 4.5 inch tall egg from their site.

Click for a larger view.	Here is the bottom of the "plain" large egg cover. If you look closely, you can see the knot at the right picot. I used a regular 40-weight rayon thread for this one.

Above are the Egg Earrings. I put one pair of them on each card. These work up very quickly and will be good to make for craft fairs or to give as gifts. The ones on the left are free to download when you join my newsletter (see below to find out how).
Click for a larger view.	I'm holding a pair of earrings. These are completely free-standing. They are a combination of free-standing lace and free-standing tatted picot edges. Be sure to use a regular bobbin thread for the cross only. Each of the earrings is less that 1-1/2 inches tall.
Click for a larger view.	The "Happy Easter" earrings are completely free standing. I put a pair of them in the hoop and sorted the colors for you. You can get several of them in a single 4x4 inch hoop.
